Hello Brothers and Sisters,
I have a very good expereince in trying to keep the Sabbath day. You know one of the Ten Commandmemts of God is to keep the Sabbath. I try to keep this every rest dayi have once a week. My expereince is wonderful.
During my designated Sabbath day, i see to it that i do not do other things except reading and doing thing that are related to the God. For me i concentrate on reading Bible, True Father's speeches and watching videos and listening to worship songs. There are also times when i do this together with others. During that time we also play games and we invite God to play with us. We invite Him as our Father who i believe would like to play or study with His children.
This is really good to keep. Hope you also try to do and hope you have also good expereince.
